RETURNS 

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns outside this date will not be accepted.

We offer refunds, credit notes & exchanges on all full prices items. 

Garments must still be tagged and in perfect condition. 

Any sign of wear or damage will not be accepted. 

 

REFUNDS 

We offer refunds for full-priced items when returned within 7 days of delivery (Australia) & 14 days (International) provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet this.

The item must be returned back to us within that 7 day from delivery window otherwise we will not accept it and return it back to you. We suggest to use tracked shipping so your parcel doesn't get lost. 

Once processed, the full value of the item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method minus a $10 shipping fee (Australia only).

All refunds will be processed back on the original payment method. 

Please note that we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.

After your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank/payment method.

 

CREDIT NOTES & EXCHANGES

We issue credit notes & exchanges. Credit notes will be issued via the same email you ordered with. You will receive a credit note code to use in the discount code box at the checkout to re-purchase your new size/style. These will expire in 3 years from issue date. We suggest sending back your return as quick as possible to secure your new size as we do not hold items. 

If you have opted for an exchange, we do not cover return shipping costs back to us but we will send back your exchanged pair free of charge.

Please email us at ahoy@nordiesboardies.com with your order number and return reason. We will then reply with instructions on how to post them back to us.
